We spent years shipping production systems at companies where uptime and correctness were non-negotiable, across fintech, healthcare, and consumer platforms at Apple, Headspace, Snapdocs, and PlayVS. When we started building AI agents, we ran into the same problem every team eventually faces: the moment an agent is deployed, you lose sight of what it's doing.
