This policy describes how FriskAI, Inc. (“FriskAI”, “we”) handles information collected through this website. Data that customers send to the FriskAI product is governed by the agreement with that customer, not by this policy.

When you email us, we receive your message and your email address. When you book a demo, the scheduler collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything else you add to the booking.

The scheduler is provided by HubSpot, which processes this information on our behalf.

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you visit, the buttons you click to book a demo or contact us, and technical details such as your browser, device and approximate location derived from your IP address. If you accept cookies, PostHog also stores an identifier in your browser so repeat visits can be counted.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. We save your answer in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. This record is necessary for the site to respect your choice.

PostHog analytics: if you accept, PostHog sets a cookie and uses local storage to count repeat visits. If you reject or haven’t chosen, PostHog does not set cookies or use storage, and we only receive anonymous page and click counts.

HubSpot: the booking calendar is provided by HubSpot and sets HubSpot cookies. It loads only after you accept cookies or choose to load the calendar.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

We use this information to respond to you, schedule and hold demos, follow up about FriskAI, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with the service providers that run parts of this website for us, currently HubSpot and PostHog, and with anyone we are required to share it with by law.

We keep contact and booking information for as long as we need it to talk with you about FriskAI, and analytics data for as long as it is useful for understanding how the site is used.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and you can also block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
